  • How long does it take before my laundry is picked up and return?
    For standard pick up and delivery bags, we will return your order within 48hours of picking up your order. If you require express turnaround (i.e. next day return), its an addtional $10 fee. Alternatively, you can select one of our monthly subscription plan which would include next day turnaround free of charge.
  • Do you charge for delivery?
    All our laundry bags and monthly subscription plans includes free delivery. If you want same day delivery, there is an additional charge of $10 or its free if you choose one of our monthly subscription plans. Note, if you laundry is not place out within 5 mins of our driver arriving at your designated pick up location, a service fee of $15 will be charge to you credit card
  • What if i am not at home?  Can I still receive delivery?
    If you are not at home during the window for delivery, you can go into your Cleanze account and indicate where you would like your order to be left. Please note that we do require a Release of Liability in order for you to select the designated drop off area
  • Will you notify me when order is ready for delivery
    Yes. We will send you a text on the day your laundry is ready to be delivered. In the text, there is a link that you can click that will allow you to track the location of our driver.
  • How late can I request a pick up or delivery order?

  • How much do you charge for additional clothes that does not fit in one of your laundry bags?
    There are 2 options that are available to customers with additional laundry. 1) Either we can give you another laundry bag and customer would be charge the per bag fee 2) Charge $2 per pound of additional laundry
  • Can I still receive my delivery if I am not home?
    If you are not available during our delivery window, you will need to select that option when you place your order. Please note that a Release of Liability must be selected in your account before we can drop off your laundry without anyone being there to receive it.
  • What if I am running late to either drop off or receive my laundry?
    In the event you are running late, please let us know no later than 15 minutes before your drop off or delivery time. You can either email us at info@cleanze.ca or text your driver by responding back to your....... We will try our best to accommodate a different time during the same day but if we cant, we will cancel or reschedule your order at a later date and time with no penalties Please note that if you don't notify us at least 15 minutes in advance and driver arrives at your designated location, they will wait for no more than 5 minutes before moving onto next location. In the event, a $15 service fee will be charge to your credit card on file
